A morning telephone order to Sam resulted in a same day delivery in Chertsey: She's very pleasant to deal with. The overall experience of House of Flowers is best summed up though by the recipient, who's 85 years old (so safe to assume she's had a few bouquets in her life).
'Clare, it is the most beautiful bouquet I have EVER received....delphiniums, mini-roses in the most beautiful colours, hydrangeas with mini-scalloped petals, something I've never seen before. Thank you both for such a generous spirit-lift....Oscar took delivery of it while I was out to lunch so it was waiting for me on my return. Big smiles all round.'
